Disposal Bin Rentals and Junk Removal Frequently Asked Questions

Disposal Bin FAQs

Will the disposal bin damage my driveway?
We take the utmost care when delivering bins. We lay wood under each bin as a precaution to protect your driveway.

How high can I fill the bin?
The load must be level with the top of bin and no higher. The bins are covered with a tarp for transportation so for safety reasons we ask you that you don’t over fill the disposal bin.

Can you place a disposal bin on the street in front of my house instead of my driveway?
It’s best if you contact your municipal office about this. Some municipalities require a permit before a bin is placed on a road.

How soon can a disposal bin be delivered?
Contact us before Noon on a weekday and we can usually have a bin delivered within the day. If not, we guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

What time during the day will my garbage bin be delivered?
We deliver bins between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday mornings by appointment only. If there is a specific time you need the bin delivered then let us know. We’ll do our best to meet your needs.

Can the disposal bin be removed early if we’re finished using it before the seven day rental expires?
Of course! Just call us and we’ll remove it within one business day.

If we underestimated the volume of rubbish and need another bin does it cost the same as the first rental?
Yes it does and you will have a full seven day rental period when that second bin is delivered.

How can I pay for a disposal bin rental?
BinExpress accepts CASH and CREDIT CARD (Visa and MasterCard) payments.
