- Quote request data: When you submit a quote request through our form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, project details, and the bin size you are interested in. This information is forwarded to the vendor(s) you select so they can contact you with a quote.
- Vendor submission data: When a dumpster rental company submits their business for listing, we collect company name, contact information, pricing details, and service capabilities.
- Analytics data: We use standard web analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes aggregated page views, referral sources, and approximate geographic location (city/region level). We do not use personally identifying analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To forward quote requests to the vendors you select.
- To review and approve vendor listings for our directory.
- To improve our website, pricing data, and user experience.
- To respond to inquiries you send us directly via email or our contact page.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Quote request data is shared only with the vendor(s) you explicitly select when submitting the form. Vendor submission data is published on our directory as a vendor profile (company name, phone, website, pricing, and capabilities) — we do not publish the submitter's personal contact details unless they are the same as the public business contact.
4. Cookies
BinExpress uses essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels for ad targeting.
5. Data Retention
Quote request data is retained for 12 months for reference and quality assurance, then deleted. Vendor listing data is retained as long as the vendor remains in our directory.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@binexpress.ca.
7. Third-Party Links
Our directory links to external vendor websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.
