BinExpress is a directory and price comparison tool for disposal bin and dumpster rental services in the Greater Toronto Area. We aggregate publicly available pricing data and vendor information to help users compare options. BinExpress is not a dumpster rental company and does not provide dumpster rental services directly.
3. No Warranty on Pricing
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing information, dumpster rental prices change frequently. Prices displayed on BinExpress are for reference only and may not reflect the vendor's current rate. Always confirm the final price directly with the vendor before booking. BinExpress is not liable for pricing discrepancies.
4. Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request through BinExpress, your contact information is forwarded to the vendor(s) you select. The vendor, not BinExpress, is responsible for responding to your request and providing a quote. BinExpress does not guarantee a response from any vendor.
5. Vendor Listings
Vendor listings are provided for informational purposes only. BinExpress does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any listed vendor. Users are responsible for evaluating vendors before hiring. BinExpress is not a party to any transaction between users and vendors and bears no responsibility for the quality, timeliness, or legality of vendor services.
6. Limitation of Liability
BinExpress is provided as is without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinExpress shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information displayed on it.
7. Vendor Obligations
Vendors listed on BinExpress are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and capability information. Vendors must notify BinExpress of pricing changes. BinExpress reserves the right to remove any vendor listing that provides false, misleading, or outdated information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on BinExpress, including pricing data, bylaw guides, and calculator tools, is the property of BinExpress unless otherwise stated. You may not republish, scrape, or systematically extract data from this Site without written permission.
