Pick-N-Haul uses a split-rate pricing model. Base fees range from $350 for a 10-yard bin to $500 for a 20-yard bin, with a per-tonne disposal charge of $135/ton applied to actual debris weight. Each rental includes 7 days of bin placement. This model benefits customers with lighter loads — a half-full 10-yard bin of household junk may cost less than a flat-rate competitor — but heavy debris like concrete, soil, or roofing shingles will push the total higher. Permit Handling

Pick-N-Haul does not handle street placement permits. If you need to place the bin on a public road, you will need to arrange the permit directly with your municipality. A bin on a private driveway does not require a permit. Check your city's permit requirements.
